"I have Ph.D. on Bioinformatics, and I'm looking for a great opportunity with a real challenge. I know that is a great opportunity, has much to add to my growth as a professional, in obtaining knowledge and especially in personal and professional advancement. I know I have a lot to offer and to collaborate, for everything I have learned, and all the knowledge I have acquired up to now. I believe my 4 years of experience in Bioinformatics, specifically in Structure Biology and Computational Chemistry, make my knowledge and skills make my knowledge and skills of great importance to the group. I developed my Ph.D. project working with human sodium channels. I worked with Rosetta program in modeling and docking, NAMD program for molecular dynamics, Swiss-Model program, Haddock, MDanalysis. I have great experience in molecular dynamics involving lipid membrane and ion channels. I have extensive knowledge on alpha-toxins from spiders and scorpions. Basic knowledge of programming in Python, and work very well with R. I have basic knowledge in GROMACS and AMBER. Ability to work in a Linux environment. During my Master's degree, I had extensive experience in PCR, DNA and RNA extraction, and quantification. But I can highlight that my greatest knowledge was obtained during the doctorate, working in molecular modeling, ab initio modeling, molecular dynamics, and docking. I can say that I am the best candidate for the job, from the experience I have gained in these 4 years, and I know that I have a lot to do with your team. I am a person moved by challenges, and self-sufficient, and always looking for new achievements and knowledge. I would like to discuss in greater detail the value I could bring to your organization."
