"They paid well and the co-workers were like family."

What don't you like about working at Apio?

"I had two great bosses and then a nightmare of one. She was one of several changes in top management that seriously hurt the company's performance and culture. Combined, they idled the company's growth and nearly ruined what was a good environment to grow in."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Bring back the old CEO and/or COO and hope that they can rebuild the innovative growing company that once was. If nothing else, find a way to incentivize employees to find new ways to grow the company, rather than encourage mediocrity."
