"I enjoy being the process validation engineer at Aphena Pharma Solutions. I've taken on the challenges of providing serialization qualification protocol, report, and work instruction from scratch despite having no experience working in a manufacturing environment. I develop independent problem-solving skills and communication skills working with a cross-functional team, serving as a liaison to enhance communication and provide documentation tools for them to complete their production plan. I also developed troubleshooting skills in investigating the root causes of performance nonconformance and assessing the risk for equipment or process. I've learned a lot about biotech manufacturing in this job."
