"I've worked at APH for 9 years it was a very good company lots of opportunities the people were nice."

"I've worked at APH first as a software developer then as a manufacturing engineer since 2017. Their goal is to do good for the blind community, to make it so that people who are blind can live more independently. Unfortunately, I don't think the current direction is good for the company it who they are serving. They don't treat talent as well as they should, all in the name if "being a non-profit" And now they past year or two, it's hard to see where the direction is coming from. But it doesn't seem to be internal."

"They are dedicated to the customer they serve visually impaired children and adults. They are always looking for new products to develop."

"It is mainly made up of educators, so many to not develop sound business practices to keep the company always in the black."

"To incorporate more management people with business backgrounds into strategic leadership positions. To implement more modern HR and benefit practices."
