"I've worked for Apex Building Company, Inc. over 4 years. I came to Apex with an already firm background in construction but also that of finance and management (for which I went to school for). That being said, I have to say for a small construction firm, they certainly have their ducks in a row! Their processes and procedures are the precedent to their continued success over the years. Apex Building Company is involved in a plethora of construction projects including ground-up construction, phased rehabs & renovations. Apex also exhibits and takes advantage of many funding agencies and many of their projects are funded by both state and city agencies (Examples include: NYCHA & HUD) Overall, they are a great company with strong team and a very straight forward vision & mission."
