"I've worked at Apartments.com since 2009. I found it to have a good culture initially. They state that employee retention and career growth is primary, I found this not to be so. I paid my dues being THE BEST at what I do, but still was not offered an opportunity for career growth; even with having qualifications and making my career goals known. I have been passed over for the past 2 years. However, if you are looking to be content with whatever role you are given, then you will do fine here."
