"I can t really think of anything other than not having enough conference rooms"

"People love working for your company and you should do more to encourage them via employee benefits."

"Not experienced management generally, unprofessional work from top rank and HR department, ignorance and hasty decisions."

"Use more planning and organizing skills, be more experienced for the position."

"I enjoyed that they appreciated my skills, knowledge and gave me the opportunity to grow with them as a company! I also liked all the diversified duties and challenges....not the same old thing!"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The Phoenix Office no longer exsistes. However, the Philadelphia office does. They are a different company since the Safeguard take over and I didn't stay long after that happened."

What don't you like about working at Alliance Consulting?

"After we took the company public Safeguard bought out Alliance and became a number instead of a person. They then sold the Phoenix Office off again to another company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They were amazing! We grew as a family with passion for our jobs and they rewarded us with career opportunities and salaries that went with our responsibilities. Work hard, play hard.....take out the trash! That was their motto."
