"Great culture, and most importantly great leaders. They hire a certain type of individuals; honest, hard-working, passionate, kind, etc. It's definitely the opposite of a "cut-throat" working environment. There is a lot of ownership over what you do, and little guidance from management. As long as you are bringing in results, they will allow you to choose how you work and will not micromanage. I recommend this company to anyone who is comfortable with creating new processes and the nature of a start-up firm."
