"I worked there for 4 years and learned to distrust our Russian owner's and management. Since they own the company outright they seek opportunities to reduce your commission and compensation in order to maximize their profits. They repeatedly came up with excuses why certain sales were ineligible for commission, etc. I would certainly not recommend this as a place to work."
