"I have worked for AnswerLab for two years. The leadership has strong values, one of them being inclusivity, however, that does not determine the culture of the organization. The primary goal is to please the client. Projects have budgeted hours that tend to be way under what it really takes to complete them. Employees regularly under report their hours so as to get promoted, because our reports need to be fast and perfect."
