"Great place to work, stay focused and plan for changes at the last minute. The clients call the shots so don't take it personal."

What don't you like about working at Answer Financial?

"The company downsized from six floors to two and I was the last off the corporate floor boxing day was sad. I stayed for two weeks of my severence to pack & clean while others stayed home. I already had another job waiting for me but if I didn't go in to pack all the items would have been thrown into trash bins."

"Open-up to new ideas and rely more on the talents at your feet."

What don't you like about working at Answer Financial?

"The company was bought-out and we had to relocate employees as well as reduce the size of the company from six floors and eight departments to two floors and a smaller staff."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Keep marketing up to current demands as younger families grow and need the product and services provided. Continue on supporting the staff keep the training as it assists employees in changes and demands from the real world."

"I enjoy the opportunities to work for more than one executive."
