"AEG's executive leadership is very weak. Most of them probably couldn't work or be successful anywhere else."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"(1) Outsource HR, HRIS and Payroll. Your in-house staff are VERY weak and add little value. (2) Invest in a leadership and management development curriculum/model for your staff. (3) Get rid of the dead wood at the top of the house (e.g., Chief Administrative Officer)."
