"Being in a start up has it's challenges, but it it has it rewards as well. You can see faster growth with a start up then a corp structure, that is why I like working in this type of environment. I feel I can make a difference. This is a company you truly get what you put into it. I struggled in the being because of our on-boarding process, but instead of complaining I worked on making it better. I took my experience and made sure other people don't have that same experience.
