"Get the work done and you'll do just fine. No matter how much or how unfair it seems. In this economy, just be thankful they hired you."

What don't you like about working at Anixter Aerospace Hardware?

"Some of their policies are ridiculous. Management exercises favoritism on an obvious scale. The compensation is hardly enough to get by, and for the work and responsibilities piled on their employees, is simply unjust."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Remain professional. Remember what your priorities are. If you can't handle the pressure, find someone who can and relinquish your title. Clear, unbiased communication is an absolute must."
