"If you are going to create policies and procedures you must follow them all the time, not just when it benefits the company."

"Worked directly under company president. R&D division was able to work in every aspect of company. Was able to physically construct and test designed parts; process from design to completion and shipping was all accessible."

"It is a relaxed, casual atmosphere, but everyone takes their roles very seriously. Medical devices have to adhere to very strict standards."

"Low salary, not much room to move up, remote location."
