"Angel Oak Mortgage Solutions is a great company to work for, there is teamwork galore within departments but the departments act as cliques, at times, and the company is continuously growing. With growth comes some obvious problems such as shortage of merits given to overly capable employees that display self-worth but micromanaging is practically non-existent as a result. Due to the nature of the work, there is always a steady flow of work considering that it's a non-QM lender and there will always be a need for mortgage lenders amongst the borrowers that couldn't qualify for a conventional government sponsored loan such as FHA or USDA."

"Thriving upcoming mortgage company leading in Non-QM marketplace loans. The office work environment is pretty cool. The company gives you office supplies, room for you to do your own thing, also monthly lunch provided. The only need for improvement I would suggest is giving employees more training in their position before feeding them to the wolves. It's kind of nerve-racking not having no idea of what's going on then having to keep asking your coworkers without annoying them."
