"The company got too big too fast. The management is very spotty. The Director was very professional but the shift supervisor was a joke. The supervisor was ex-military and was hired at a higher rate of pay but all he did was spend his entire shift on the phone talking to all his girlfriends. If you need the shift supervisor he would not answer his radio so you were left without back-up. The training was poor. You were put in situations that could get you hurt or killed but all you got was a small mace container to protect yourself."

"I recently worked for Andy Frain Services and I find the Management to be the most corrupt I have ever worked for. When I was ordered to falsify payroll documents in order to pay guards under me that were not working and complained of this to payroll, I was terminated. The vehicle assigned to the site was unsafe. Only 1 headlight, front tires bald with belts showing through the driver side tire in high volume truck traffic area. You take your life into your own hands after dark."
