"Just don't do it!! You are not allowed to make your own decisions, even at a management level. The GM is afraid to make decisions for fear of losing his job making everything a tedious and drawn out process. They do not value education, and prefer to have worker bees rather than intelligent free thinkers that bring new ideas and innovation. In all honesty, I gained nothing from working there; no valuable experience, no excitement, nothing. I am truly sad to say that this is nothing more than a pay check."
