Andover Healthcare Employee

"Most of the staff really care about the residents. But management is all about the money. The Director of Social Services, is all about kissing up to the Administrator instead of assuring the best care and that the rights of the residents aren't violated. Management dumps so much work on the activities, social service, and the LPN's that there is no way possible to have time to get done the paperwork that is required by the ODOH, so every year staff is told to stay after work hours to do it, but of course you have to punch out after your required 8 hours. Or, to take the work home with you to do. Which is illegal to take any and all medical records out of the building. But if you get turned in for doing it then they throw you under the bus. This is a privately owned center and he is all about MONEY. SO, I recommend that this isn't a good job for anyone. Since most of the staff is wonderful so you end up staying there too long, don't waste years working here, administration doesn't care about staff. I wasted 8 1/2 years before I finally quit."
