"I worked for Anderson for 2 years. The "work" was very easy and not complicated at all, but the personalities especially of agency staff were less than professional or helpful. Internal fighting is rampant between departments, and management is the worst I've seen in my many years. It's survival of the meanest and most vicious. I prefer a company where people actually try to work together instead of flinging blame all around."
