"The sword of damacles hanging over your head, the capricious nature of layoffs, the machiavellian approach to motivating employees."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Not all dissent for a bad management idea is an excuse not to do the work. Sometimes the experience in the company is valuable for new, incoming senior management, and being surrounded by non-critical thinkers isn't such a good idea."
