"This place was too gossipy for me. There was a lot favoritism and negative talk about managers, employees by managers and employees. It was hard to focus on the work with all of this going on. There was too much focus on drinking, a lot of office parties, and lack of commitment to innovation and business improvements. The communication was lacking. It was not an enjoyable experience for me."
