"I got to work with different sets of data and come up with unique views of that data in order to see trends. It was kind of an interesting mind puzzled coupled with statistics and control systems but when you don't have all the data you need or the data isn't representative of what you believe it should be it can become frustrating."

What do you like about working at Associated Newspapers?
"I work in an agile team working on a web app application. There are really a lot of things and techniques to learn and do. And colleagues are very friendly and willing to teach me about working. Also I feel kind of responsible and achievable on this position and feel I am really contributing to the whole product."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"You really need to be self motivated and self starter. Also need strong communication skills and quick learning skills."
What don't you like about working at Associated Newspapers?
"To be honest there is nothing that I will rate dislke on this position."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The management on this team is mature, but also I suggest that the leader group should be more contacted directly to the working group.(I am not saying there is no communication, but some more will probably create more efficiency)"
