"A good place to start, but you wouldn't want to make it a long-time career choice. Pay increases are small and very far between. If anyone asks for a raise they are told they can leave the company if they aren't happy, they can be replaced easily."

"I worked at Anacom for about 4 months. I was a temp employee. (That seems to be the style of their hiring, as to not dish out any benefits.) The initial people I worked with were very nice, but the whole company stunk of this hierarchy of pretentiousness and closed door meetings to talk trash on one another or carry that "cool kids only" vibe that some managers tend to have. That being said, my boss for my department was a LOVELY lady, and I miss her."

"I have everything I need to do my job efficiently, I like that we have company parties for practically every occasion. They even celebrate your birthday with a gift card."

"Just be yourself , don't over do it in the interview."

"Not hiring permanent employees, just hiring temps that cant take advantage of benefits like others."

"I was given the opportunity to grow and learn about other areas of the production process and expand in the sales and marketing arena."

"Friendly people. My boss was great. I also learned a lot about design and manufacturing."

"No real cons. Pay was a bit low. It was a small operation at the time. It's grown quite a bit."
