"Being part of the Company for a number of years I have realized if you look beyond the uniqueness of a family-owned company, you will find ownership extremely talented. They have certainly been able to recognize talent and have brought in the right executives and middle management to further growth. They have been able to grow their business from one gas station to a large organization employing thousands. While I don’t always agree with every decision the Company certainly is more stable than for companies with weak management."

"Overall the work is interesting since the company is growing and financially stable but most of the executive management team is out of touch with the employee. The exception is the non family members of the management team. Definitely not a career employer as recognition is non existent, Employees are viewed as expendable. Benefits are below market and compensation is also. Unfortunately this company is a shadow of it’s potential."
