"GMs of these facilities need to quit lying to prospective and permanent employees. After you tell so many lies you will get caught up with. Issues with this facility starts in the office up top, not the floor level. Put a leader in place that is a leader and not a permanent outdoor smoker. Also quit doing business with the people you got this equipment from. This equipment wasn't built to last more than 2 years. My 5 year old knows better than most of the engineers that made this dog turd. Make sure you have permits to carry this stuff to scrap yard because that is where it will end up."
