"Please avoid this company. This company hires you as a contractor and promises a flexible lifestyle with great compensation. Don't be fooled. The contract is designed in favor of the business. Once you sign the contract you will find out the compensation based on the hours worked is not competitive. The company gets away with working you for 14 hours while paying only 8 hours of work because they hire as you as a contractor. Installer support is very poor and it's intentional. Firstly, this is because they want to make sure employees are classified as contractors not employers in case they get sued for mis-classification. ( A lot of contractors aren't aware of this) Secondly, it's to skimp out on the cost so that the owner can pocket more money. The owner bullies everyone because this business is his cash cow. Greedy as heck. I have seen the owner lie and cheat customers/employees. He puts up a nice guy persona when in reality he is the exact opposite. His wife is no better. He and his wife have been sued multiple times. Just check on Unicourt. A lot of employees are too scared to stand up for themselves or just don't know any better. Lastly, the culture is terrible. They promote the work hard play hard mentality and claim everyone is family. Give me a break. It's just a job, not a lifestyle. The owner is more concerned about the bottom line. In conclusion, please do yourself a favor and don't do business with this unethical company."
