"The primary concern is the availability of funding for development of the next product so ensure the funds are available."
What don't you like about working at Amonix?
"The direction of Amonix has not been consistent over the past 6 months due to the sudden death of our original CEO in December 2011 and the short tenure of only 4 monbths for the first interum CEO. Currently, the CFO is not the interum CEO and already there have been layoffs."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The success of Amonix depends upon providing a cost effective solar solution to the US and world markets. My recommendation is to review all of the international requirements before finalizing the system architecture."

What do you like about working at Amonix?
"Knowing that you are working to help the future of mankind by supplying and improving the solar energy conversion process. We went from a 25 per day, 60% efficiency wafer plating rate, to over 200 per day, 98% efficiency plating rate, a substantial improvement that I made happen. I also enjoyed improving the wafer dicing process by troubleshooting the dicing saws and changing out parts to make them faster with more accuracy. I LOVE to fix things =)"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"This IS NOT a place to work if you believe in a tight bond between the employer, management and employees. Record ALL work performed because none of the employees (including managers) will speak about the good jobs you have done. A lot of people there are only there for themselves/ a paycheck. They are not there to improve the company."
What don't you like about working at Amonix?
"Being able to perform all of the job titles listed better than 95% of the employees that worked there at the time I did, but being paid less than a forklift driver/ warehouse worker. I worked 50+ hours a week for 9 months straight."

"Realize who has the passion and the desire to improve the company and award these people accordingly."
