"I do get a lot of leisure time, which I utilise to upgrade myself. I also get to learn a lot of new skills, since I have to deal with Devrlopr tie ups, Customer Care Team Handling, Database Management, Media & Marketing Coordination"

"Don't trust anyone...every colleague here should have joined politics.One miscommunication, and your life will be ruined."

What don't you like about working at Amit International?

"The company has a typical mind set up and at times, merit and skills don't win, rather the best politician and game player wins. As when I joined, I was very eager to take the responsibilities and new challenges, but I found some of the seniors to be so stagnant and against my career growth, that I hardly find the work place interesting anymore. Main thing is I love my work, but I don't enjoy the work place."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Firstly, I would have tried to understand the employee's pulse and what makes them motivated. Then accordingly, I would have planned their individual goal at per with the organisational goal."
