"Aminco style and way... Don't have this as your goals, this is good for a resume experience, not a long term. Accept your worth, your knowledge is worth more then their pay scale. Co-workers, well you have to have thick skin, backstabbing, gossip and blame comes with this job, sadly. Common sense of being able to do your job, is overrated at Aminco. Just keep your knowledge to yourself. You do get asked for your opinions, sadly, they are ignored."

"Not one thing do I like about this company. Employees are treated like trash!"

"Good luck. Just remember that when being told during the interview what your responsibilities will be, and after being hired, they'll triple your responsibilities for the same money."

What don't you like about working at Aminco International?

"No raises or reviews in over 5 years. Management treats the employees like trash. Being told to take on more responsibility, yet never compensated for the added work load."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Not to come to work driving a new 100k+ Mercedes. Bad management lack of respect for their employees."

"It's a job, so this enables me to pay my bills."

"If you have to have a job, this is the bottom of the barrel, but it's a job."

"The owners, management do not care about the employees. Every year we're promised evaluations, yet nothing never comes of it. Raises are never given to the general employees, yet always promised. The company has record profits, yet won't pass along anything to the people who do the work."

"Start respecting your employees. They're the ones who are making you the money!"

"Really nothing I can think of other than some good employees."

"No chance for advancement, no pay increases or reviews. Uncaring owners, inexperienced management. There must be 25 cameras all over the building."

"Listen to your people, make use of your best asset, your employees and reward and listen to them."
