"See what each employee sees what would make their department perform best; get CS training and phone skills training. Give teachers full-time contracts and training"

"Unorganized as a result you're overworked and burnt out till no end , no appreciation what so ever. you're good when they want something. You're the worst when there is an issue. they blame shift you while it is the boss' mistake. No support. You overwork but they make you only put less working hours so you don't get paid overtime. the HR don't really do their jobs, they are unfair & corrupt; forever with the manager against the employee. They are never a good support or a safety area for smaller employees. After all of that? the pay is so low, they take a very long time give you your money when you leave & they ignore you when ask them about it. Overall it is toxic"
