"I don't think they will be hiring any time soon, but I would recommend you have patience and have good communication skills as you will have to deal with higher ups at all companies."

What don't you like about working at Ameron International?

"It was my opinion that upper management was out of touch with what was important with what was actually going on in the field."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Spend more (any) time with middle managers in the field."
