"They are very unorganized and not proffessional. They are unfair to there agents and they avoid paying them whenever they can. No support and no help whatsoever"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Take an ethics course and stop blaming evreyone else for the unhappy agents when you hold back payment and unfairly chargeback there commissions"
