"I've worked for Amerit Fleet Solutions for more than a year now and within this year our hours have been extended twice. Even though our hours have been extended this is the best mechanic job I've ever had."
"I have been with the company for 5 years. They will promote from within but will not train you for your new position. I have seen many people fail due to this. It is the worst company I personally have ever worked for. Everybody is out for themselves and there is no sense of teamwork. I have heard the higher ups say "If a technician doesn't like it then #$^% them, we will hire someone else". I don't feel this is the right attitude to have."
