"I like how everyone in the compay had to go the KSA Keeping Skills Alive meeting once a month from the CEO, Management, Supervisors and employees. where we learn how to be adaptive, reasoning, spontaneous, controlling,defiant and nurturing with inside and outside the company."

What don't you like about working at Amerisure Insurance?

"I enjoyed working for Amerisure and I enjoyed my job and I hated I had to be down sized."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Have classes for Management for them to learn how to have sensitivity. Because you can have and open door policy, but if you do not feel you can approch Management comfortable then the door is close."
