"The ability to move up quickly. I enjoyed the brokage part but was truly interested in management."

"keep you nose clean. its not about the number of deals its about putting people into better situations than their current."

What don't you like about working at Ameriquest?

"I felt the company continued to make poor decisions regarding sub prime lending. some of the practices used by the loan officer where questionable at best. Once steps were made to clean up the process it was too late."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"simply quality not quanity. When these loans were written they should be done so assuming long term. Too many deals were put together just to make a sale. Each deal should have been viewed as a long term investment."

"Fast Paced, Learned a lot about sales, commisions weren't capped."

"Weigh options. Great place to learn but can make more and help your clients elsewhere once you learn the ropes."

"I was naive to the entire industry and could have used a wider range of products."

"High pressure sales position. The harder I worked the more I achieved. The amount of my paycheck was up to me!"
