"The company tells you there are opportunities for advancement but there are none and the way some of the managers act why would you want to advance. It's not worth it."

What don't you like about working at AmeriPride Services?

"The managers treat the employees like children. Like they have no say in anything. What they say goes even if they are wrong. Their moto is managers can do what they want even things that they have told employees is unacceptable or they simple just can't do."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Everything. I would treat the employees like people, ask for their input when certain decisions need to be made, provide proper motivation, and proper pay."
