"I was employed with Ameriflight, LLC. for a total of 15 1/2 years. Flew 4 different aircraft and was based in 4 different cities over the years. Flew to cities in 49 US states, and several cities in 3 different countries. The majority of the flying was a single pilot and at night. Flew canceled checks, financial documents, packages for UPS, DHL, and FED EX, car parts, and radioactive pharmaceuticals. A good place to work with great people. Pay and benefits were good too."

"The pay scale is lower than $30,000 a year to start: keep looking. Workload is high and pay is low so it is simply not worth your time. This company also does not give good raises. $.025 is not a raise. This is a good place to get some experience and an in the meantime job, but do not stay here if you have higher aspirations."
What don't you like about working at Ameriflight?
"Management here spys on everything we do and harasses. There is no such thing as work freedom here. This place is such a joke. Looking at other reviews it must be different for maintenance and pilots, but for office staff they are underpaid and mistreated."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would put some of these people in different roles, and do a complete organizational rebuild. The managers here do not knw or even seem to care how much work their employees do, what they need and how to build morale. There needs to be a pay increase across the board. Turn over is high at this company."
"I worked at this company in a hangar which I found as only an outstation at a large Midwestern location. I found at first and during interviewing that the Managers seemed knowledgeable about the facility and of aviation in general, but spending habits and irresponsible spending on major purchases and mentality of I don't care exceeded! The FAA and NTSB need to step in and shut this facility down if they haven't already. Danger to the living public that these A/C fly over your house while public sleeps, as well as crew safety."
"I learned a lot there but it's not a place where you would hang your hat if you are intelligent."
