Leadership is cut-throat - only looking out for themselves and lots of cliques. Some individuals have position titles 'in name only' but don't have training or proper credentials for those positions. The company does nothing in the arena of self-development, therefore you stand the chance of your skills becoming stagnant. Not a global leader."
