"My immediate supervisors are great, and I've vastly improved my professional skills in my time with the bank. However, the bank is moving in a very pushy sales-oriented direction, including quotas and cold-calling, which I have found myself morally uncomfortable with. If that's your type of thing, then this would be the bank for you. I personally find it hard to sell products I don't believe in for a company that pays well below average."
