"I've worked with American Well for 8 months and I found that its product is interesting and helpful for people, but the Engineering department is a little disorganized. Disorganized employees have to spend most of their time figuring out a lot of details that should have been discussed in the planning state. Many people aren't familiar with the older applications when, and lack knowledge about what to do when something goes wrong with them."
