"I enjoyed my job selling. Liked that they provided the leads and also because of the reputation the referrals where always available."
What don't you like about working at American Vision Windows?
"Managment would give certain employees the best leads and everyone knew it. When you have meetings you can't compare there work ehtics with your skills if they are spoon fed. There is no comparison. Couldn't get paid what was owed to me, didn't understand there pay structure. Never got back ends."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To have someone who knows how to run a business. Get someone that really can show his or her employees the necessary skills to perform. Don't just throw them out there."
