"I have worked for American Tower for a few years now. It is an excellent company. Base salaries are not what I would call exceptional, however, they do offer a strong benefits package that includes regular bonuses and equity. Communication between division could be better, but the U.S. unit is extremely competent. Overall, I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a strong, stable employer."
