"An unfortunate experience with a company that promised so much and seemed worthwhile in the beginning. “Promoted” within a month of working with this company with promises of a pay increase. After two months with more responsibilities, no pay increase, and the title “paper guy”, I finally got a $1 raise—But not before I asked to sit down one-on-one with HR on two separate occasions specifically asking to be compensated for the increased workload. The men and women I worked alongside in the Warehouse and in PLE were great people. Leadership, on the other hand, lacked certain necessary characteristics: Humility, Empathy, and Professionalism. I do not recommend working for this company. If you do, keep in mind that the lack of ethical leadership trickles down into every department, making it difficult to justify staying with the company."
