"I dislike the lack of field support and initial training that the job offers. I also would like a position with more upward mobility in which this job lacks."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest building a stronger training foundation and also I would encourage more tools to sustain field operations and have more resources to the consultants who are the lifeline of the company. I would also consider a new approach to marketing a very good service and do more advertising as the budget does allow for it. I'd streamline activities and automate paper work using excel and integrate customer data base with logistics to get a better idea as to what areas are under exposed to a service that many have a great need for."
