What do you like about working at American Security?
"This company had a distinct career path which helped me strive for higher positions within the company. I quickly promoted up from a junior programmer to a Programmer B. I loved the mission of this company and the close communication given to the employees. Although there was not a great deal of innovation, there were great opportunities to master the skills in different areas and become an expert."

"Keep it upbeat and be willing to master your skill set."
What don't you like about working at American Security?
"The lack of innovation would be the only thing I can truly say that I disliked about the company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Provide innovative projects and venture out with more integration of packages instead of homegrown programming."
