"Old Boss gave company to his son. The son is very rude and vulgar about everything. He doesn't understand computers at all and expects it can all be fixed in five minues. He feels email and computers are a waste of time, why not just call someone."

"Show respect to employees and they will do anything for you. Treat them like trash and all you get is trash."
