What do you like about working at American Residential Lending?

"I was there a couple of years. I did not work for the Corp office. I worked for a net branch and was subject to that managers style of managing. I don't think it was reflective of the company as a whole."

"none. It has been several years since I worked there and the branch has been closed."

What don't you like about working at American Residential Lending?

"That is was able to run completely without authority over the manager. There was no one to go to if there were issues, and there were."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Integrity."
