"I have worked at this bank for several years. You will not advance in your career, you will not feel like you are a part of a company that cares about you and your career. Inter-departmental working relationships are discouraged, you will not be allowed to grow or be challenged in your career. Growth and development is not encouraged here. Your ideas for improvements do not matter, You will do exactly what management wants and the way they want it done, anything done outside the box will not be tolerated. Most of the other employees and management want you to cater to them, they are extremely intolerant of others. Diversity is nonexistent. The worst bank I have ever worked for."
