What do you like about working at American Messaging?

"Not much, they bought the messaging department of Verizon Wireless and started cutting positions and budget. We, as a department of Verizon wireless had a plan and was profitable."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be very careful, research the company and understand that is you are employed by them, it will be short term at best. They work with pagers, this is an old technology and will go away very soon."

What don't you like about working at American Messaging?

"Budget cutting and telling me that the trash in the call center could wait a week befor it was cleaned up. That, in my mind was nuts! Cleanliness was not something they were intestered in."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Pay atention to people and their needs, then they well perform and make money for the company"
